We usually head straight to a Benefit makeup counter or brow bar when we need a quick cleanup, but in all honesty crowded Sephora shops and department stores kind of stress us out. Thankfully, Benefit’s new SoHo flagship—which officially opened on September 22nd— offers the perfect solution with a full service beauty menu including everything from bikini waxes ($34) to makeup and eyelash applications ($25 for the three day semi-permanents and $15 for temporary) and even brow tinting and threading, all administered inside a 2,000 square foot glamour girl’s paradise.
The West Broadway spot is lined with pink wallpaper featuring a black and white floral motif, classic black and white chandeliers, and plenty of pink armoires and white makeup chairs, so any girl on the go can pop in for an impromptu cleanup (no need to call ahead). Other services including spray tans ($48) and body waxes take place in private rooms, of course. Our favorite service is Benefit’s signature brow wax, where pros use pearl wax (gentle enough for sensitive skin) to create perfect arches tailored to each client. The best part? The staff will freshen you up post service with under-eye concealer, mascara, and a dash of bronzer. And don’t forget to sign up for a free brow service on your birthday!—AMANDA LIBBY
